How long does shipping take?
Your order will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days across all areas in Egypt.
Can I check my order before accepting it?
Yes, you can open and inspect your order, including the size and condition, in front of the courier before accepting it.
Can I return or exchange my order?
You can return the order only if there is an issue with the size or condition at the time of delivery. Please note that return shipping fees will be paid by the customer.
What if I decide not to accept the order after it’s shipped?
In case you choose not to accept the order upon delivery, you’ll be responsible for covering the shipping costs.
What payment methods do you accept?
